I will come to your dog's favourite walk or park, or even your garden, and photograph him or her having fun. I don't believe that a studio portrait necessarily captures the essence of your dog's personality, and that is what I aim to do. I won't ask your dog to sit and pose for long periods, nor will I intimidate him or her with excessive flash - the shoot will be lots of fun for both of you. I have my own rescue dog and am used to dealing with dogs of all types, including nervous ones, and will take time to get to know your dog and make sure that he or she is relaxed and happy with the camera equipment before the shoot. I will also spend time talking to you about your dog's personality and favourite activities, so that I can capture what you want to see of your dog's character. Typically I will take a variety of action and relaxed shots plus some of you interacting with your dog. I can also take formal poses if you wish - just let me know if you have a particular shot in mind. If your dog is agility trained I can supply jumps and weave poles.
A shoot lasts around an hour (I won't clockwatch) and includes the following:
Travel within 20 miles of Great Malvern. (Extra charged at 40p per mile)
Processing and editing of photos.
A 8"x 10" or similar sized print of your choice.
Access to on-line gallery of photos from where you can purchase further prints or artwork.
£55 plus £10 for each additional dog up to a maximum of three. You will receive one inclusive print per dog.
I always come to a shoot equipped with plenty of dog treats and toys, but do feel free to bring your own. Please groom your dog beforehand and also clean their eyes. If your dog is not safe of go off lead that is not a problem, just let me know beforehand and I will tailor the shoot accordingly. I can also edit out leads after the shoot if needs be.
