Malvern Phodography | PhotoShoots

Although the majority of my commissioned shoots are for dogs, I am very happy to undertake shoots of other pets, horses or people.  Please contact me for details.

Dog PhotoShoots

I will come to your dog's favourite walk or park, or even your garden, and photograph him or her having fun. I don't believe that a studio portrait necessarily captures the essence of your dog's personality, and that is what I aim to do. I won't ask your dog to sit and pose for long periods, nor will I intimidate him or her with excessive flash - the shoot will be lots of fun for both of you. I have my own rescue dog and am used to dealing with dogs of all types, including nervous ones, and will take time to get to know your dog and make sure that he or she is relaxed and happy with the camera equipment before the shoot. I will also spend time talking to you about your dog's personality and favourite activities, so that I can capture what you want to see of your dog's character.

Before the date I will send you a sheet of tips on how to make the most of the shoot and what you will need with you, plus my Terms and Conditions.

All shoots include the following:

Travel within 20 miles of Great Malvern. (Extra charged at 40p per mile)
Professional culling, processing and editing of photos.
One 8"x 10" or two 5"x7" prints of your choice printed by one of the country's top labs.
Access to on-line gallery of photos from where you can purchase further prints or artwork.

Standard Shoot

A standard shoot lasts around an hour (I won't clockwatch).  Typically I will take a variety of action and relaxed shots plus some of you interacting with your dog.  I can also take formal poses if you wish - just let me know if you have a particular shot in mind.  If your dog is agility trained I can supply jumps and weave poles.

£55 plus £10 for each additional dog up to a maximum of three.

Dog and Owner Shoot

This shoot lasts around 45 minutes (I won't clockwatch). The relationship between a dog and an owner is always a strong and emotional one.  I will capture the joy you find in each other and show that bond which is like no other.

£45 plus £10 for each additional dog up to a maximum of three.

Dog Portrait Shoot

A portrait shoot lasts between 15 and 30 minutes. I will come to either a favourite walk or your large garden, and photograph your dog in a variety of poses looking his or her very best.

£35 plus £5 for each additional dog up to a maximum of three.
